Vincent Cortez is a Latino filmmaker who creates genre content

featuring diverse characters and compelling themes.

 

Since graduating from SFSU’s Cinema Program and launching his own production company (Mitchell Street Pictures), Vincent’s narrative films have been showcased by platforms like PBS (“Dad”) and El Rey Network (“Darkness of Night”).

He is a Fellow of the NALIP Latino Media Market ‘16 with his sci-fi concept “Life Beyond”.

 

Known for executing high concepts on various budgets while leading his cast and crew through demanding schedules and always keeping tense drama at the forefront,
